1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and phjpin.cam ("phjpin," "we," "us," "our"), a Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) licensed online gaming platform operating under Philippine jurisdiction. By accessing, registering an account, depositing funds, or using any service provided through phjpin.cam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and all other policies referenced herein.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with phjpin, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Valid Philippine mobile number for verification purposes
• Accurate email address
• Date of birth confirming you meet minimum age requirements
• Complete residential address within the Philippines

phjpin reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, and location at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, UMID, or PRC ID), proof of address (utility bills or bank statements), or other supporting documents. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until proper verification is completed.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed as having been authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify phjpin of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phjpin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

phjpin accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, and other e-wallet services. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods or promotional offers.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and circumstances beyond phjpin's control, including banking hours, payment processor delays, or technical issues. phjpin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Suspicious transactions or activities may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures, which may delay withdrawal processing. phjpin may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits as necessary to maintain platform security and comply with regulatory requirements.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

phjpin maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine regulations and PAGCOR requirements. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. You agree that funds deposited to your phjpin account must be from legitimate sources and that you will not use phjpin services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities. phjpin reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities and may freeze accounts pending investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

phjpin offers various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to players ("Promotions"). Participation in any Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to that particular offer, which supplement these general Terms. Key provisions regarding Promotions include:

• All Promotions are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before winnings can be withdrawn
• Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds become withdrawable
• Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100% while table games may contribute only 20%)
• Promotions may have maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and time limitations for completion
• Only one Promotion may be active per player at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise

Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profits, using betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that violates the spirit of promotional offers. All Promotion decisions made by phjpin are final and binding.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

phjpin is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or phjpin staff
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputed transactions without legitimate cause
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other means to disguise your location
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of games or betting markets

5.2 Game Integrity

All games offered by phjpin utilize Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. Game results are determined solely by these RNG systems and cannot be manipulated by phjpin or players. 5.3 Errors and Disputes

In the event of technical errors, malfunctions, or incorrect game outcomes, phjpin reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. This includes but is not limited to incorrect odds display, software malfunctions, or human error in setting betting parameters. All gaming disputes must be reported to phjpin customer support within 30 days of the disputed transaction. phjpin's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8. Account Termination and Suspension

phjpin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Failure to provide requested verification documents

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding voided bonuses or fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and completion of any pending investigations. phjpin is not obligated to provide specific reasons for account closure decisions.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures are typically processed within 7 business days, and you will be able to withdraw any remaining balance subject to verification and completion of wagering requirements.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials available through phjpin.cam are owned by or licensed to phjpin and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use phjpin services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through phjpin's internal complaint resolution process by contacting our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 30 days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If you are dissatisfied with phjpin's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation. PAGCOR contact information and complaint procedures are available through their official channels.
